David Gay - Senior Partner

David Gay is our Senior Partner and head of our Conveyancing Department and has over 40 years of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing, leasehold property, transfer of equity, re-mortgages and tenancy agreements, Wills and Probate. He qualified as a solicitor in 1977 and specialises in Property Law, Wills and Probate and is also a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Having lived in Bath for most of his life, David has extensive knowledge of the area which is a great asset when dealing with conveyancing matters; particularly to clients moving into the area. His client base is not just in Bath but all over the Country, including London.

Away from the office David maintains his interest in rugby, particularly supporting junior rugby clubs.
