Home Information Packs (HIPS)

Current Government legislation states that any property placed on the market for sale must have a Home Information Pack.  Burningham & Brown has over 50 years experience in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and because of this we feel we are the best people to produce your HIP for you.  HIPS contain a large amount of complex legal information and Solicitors are best placed to prepare and interpret these packs.
