Brendan Perry, a Senior Partner, specialises in Probate and Property Law and also supervises the Family Department. He is a former rugby player for both Bath and Somerset, and is a past President of Bath Rugby Club. |

David Gay, a Senior Partner, also specialises in Property Law and Probate and is a member of The Society of Estate Practitioners. He played rugby for both Bath, Harlequins, Somerset and England and now he particularly enjoys supporting the junior rugby clubs on the sidelines. |

Sarah Loveless joined the Practice in 2002 and specialises in Probate and Family Law. She became a Partner in October 2007. Sarah is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and she is also a member of Resolution which commits Family lawyers to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way. Sarah’s interests are wide ranging. She has always enjoyed travelling and sport, and is particularly interested in running. |

Edward Vidnes originally joined the firm in September 2003 as a Trainee having studied at Exeter University and Guildford College of Law. He became a Partner in August 2008. He specialises in Probate and Property Matters and, like the Senior Partners, David Gay and Brendan Perry, lives in Bath and therefore has an extensive knowledge of the area. Outside the office Edward is a keen sportsman and plays hockey and tennis, and is an enthusiastic cyclist. He is currently preparing for his first triathlon. |
