	Brendan Perry, a Senior Partner, specialises in Probate and Property Law and also supervises the Family Department. He is a former rugby player for both Bath and Somerset, and is a past President of Bath Rugby Club.
	David Gay, a Senior Partner, also specialises in Property Law and Probate and is a member of The Society of Estate Practitioners. He played rugby for both Bath, Harlequins, Somerset and England and now he particularly enjoys supporting the junior rugby clubs on the sidelines.
	Sarah Loveless joined the Practice in 2002 and specialises in Probate and Family Law. She became a Partner in October 2007. Sarah is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and she is also a member of Resolution which commits Family lawyers to resolving disputes in a non-confrontational way. She is actively involved on the Resolution Procedure and Costs Committee. Sarah’s interests are wide ranging. She has always enjoyed travelling and sport, and is particularly interested in running.
	Edward Vidnes also trained with the firm and specialises in Property Law and Probate. He is a keen all-round sportsman and plays hockey, football and tennis and is also an enthusiastic cyclist.
	Helen Davies specialises in Family Law and has unrivalled experience in this area. She is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.
	Derek Black is a much respected Senior Lawyer who has recently joined Burningham & Brown as a Consultant specialising in Property Law. He is an enthusiastic amateur dramatist.
