We know how important it is to that you really 'know' the person who is dealing with your matter and that your telephone calls, emails and correspondence will be dealt with promptly. At the end of each matter, we send every Client a Satisfaction Questionnaire and ask for their honest feedback, we are continuously looking at ways in which our service can be improved and we very much value the feedback given on our performance. We rely on these comments to enable us to work towards providing our Clients with an excellent service.

Burningham & Brown are delighted to have a high response rate from our Client Satisfaction Questionnaires. In our recent survey from January 2018 - June 2018 we are proud to report that our Clients have given us the following results:

We asked all Clients who returned our questionnaire whether they would use our service again and 99% said YES they would use us again.

We then asked all of our Clients who returned the questionnaires whether they would recommend us and 93% would highly recommend us to family, friends and work colleagues.

96% of our Clients stated we provided clear information regarding costs from the outset

99% of our Clients stated we demonstrated the necessary technical expertise in order to deal with the matter

95% of our Clients thought we had responded extremely well with any queries that had occurred

94% of our Clients thought we dealt with level of contacts efficiently and effectively

95% of our Clients thought we keep them informed about the progress of the matter and showed commitment into looking after their interests
