We know how important it is to that you really 'know' the person who is dealing with your matter and that your telephone calls, emails and correspondence will be dealt with promptly. At the end of each matter, we send every Client a Satisfaction Questionnaire and ask for their honest feedback, we are continuously looking at ways in which our service can be improved and we very much value the feedback given on our performance. We rely on these comments to enable us to work towards providing our Clients with an excellent service.

We asked all Clients who returned our questionnaire whether they would use our service again and 99% said YES they would use us again.
We then asked all of our Clients who returned the questionnaires whether they would recommend us and 93% would highly recommend us to family, friends and work colleagues.
