We send out Client Satisfaction Questionnaires to all of our clients at the end of each matter and we very much value and appreciate our clients' thoughts on how they felt their matter was dealt with and our overall service.  We are fortunate that we get a very high response rate to these Questionnaires, and our responses not only relate to the Partners in our firm but also to our dedicated support staff who work as a team to provide the best Client Care.
