At the end of each matter, we send every Client a Satisfaction Questionnaire and ask for their honest feedback, we are continuously looking for ways in which our service can be improved and we very much value the feedback given on our performance. During the Covid-19 crisis we have had many Clients who have contacted us anxious to ensure that we are still able to help them. We have made sure robust procedures are in place so that we can still provide a full and most importantly safe service to our Clients who want to update their Wills, make Lasting Powers of Attorney or Conveyancing matters.
