In light of the current concerns around Coronavirus, Burningham & Brown are now taking Will instructions over the telephone.
With the government's guidance to reduce social contact, we will arrange for a telephone meeting to take place with one of our Partners who will take your initial instructions. We will then send out our Client Care letter which will ask you to return the following documentation either in the post or via email:
Once we have received the above documents, we will then prepare and send out a draft Will in the post. If you are happy with the draft, we will then send the engrossed Will in the post along with execution instructions. We will ask you to make arrangements for 2 suitable independent witnesses to visit you at the same time while maintaining distance so far as possible as you each sign the document. If this is not possible or practicable, please contact the Solicitor acting for you and we will do our best to make alternative arrangements to resolve the problem.
At Burningham & Brown we are committed to doing all that we can to provide a safe environment for our Clients & Staff and ensure Business Continuity for our Clients.
Please contact Reception on 01225 320090 to book a telephone appointment with one of our Partners.
